About The Role
Reporting to the Estates Director of PMO and Business Support, you will maintain and improve document control processes within the Estates and Facilities department. You will support the Quality and Information System Manager in standardising the information management system and coordinating activities and projects requiring procedural or systematic expertise.
This role involves understanding and influencing procedures, updating processes, and analysing information to ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards.
About You
You should have excellent communication skills, a positive and inclusive attitude, and enthusiasm for quality management systems. Attention to detail, a helpful approach to colleagues, and practical advice for document owners are essential. Experience with SharePoint and Office365 is required.
