The Role: As Customer Relationship Manager, you will support with overseeing a portfolio of approximately 100 schools across the South East, nurturing and strengthening existing relationships. You'll engage with senior school stakeholders-including Heads, Governors, and Business Managers-to build long term relationships and improve client retention. Your work will be a mix of face-to-face visits, Teams meetings, and focused administrative days. This is an autonomous position, supported by a collaborative team, perfect for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships and delivering outstanding service.
