A fantastic opportunity has arisen at NL Active, and we’re looking to recruit a Membership Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis until January 2026 (Maternity cover).
Based at The Pods, the Membership Administrator will support NL Active in the delivery of high-quality membership support, working as part of a team to coordinate the administration of the NL Active membership scheme and SwimLincs programmes, including the processing of Direct Debits and automated BACS processes.
What we are looking for a successful candidate:
• With experience of working in a customer focussed environment
• With knowledge of processing Direct Debit agreements
• With experience of computerised booking systems and front of house service provision
• With experience in cash handling including card transactions
• With experience of delivering high standards of customer care and service
