Our client is a leading Invoice Finance lender currently in growth phase. They are a highly commercial business with a can-do attitude and have a real appetite to lend money. They support SMEs across a wide range of sectors, delivering fast, flexible, and tailored funding solutions designed to meet each business’s unique cash-flow needs through a variety of lending products.We now have an exciting opportunity to join them as a Relationship Manager, this is a senior role within the team and you will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of their complex / larger invoice finance clients from a variety of different sectors with the occasional multi-asset ABL lend. The role offers hybrid working but will be looking after a portfolio of clients across the North/and or Midlands depending on location.Responsibilities:To take ownership of strategy and deliver excellent operational services to your portfolio of customers whilst effectively managing the riskClient meetings to build and strengthen relationship and deliver on serviceAnalysis and recommendation on facility increasesHave strong personal risk expertise and be able to identify and maintain exit strategies where appropriateMonitor client’s financial performance, identify sales opportunities and risk analysisComplete facility reviews, underwriting where necessary, risk frameworksEnsuring customers are treated fairly and in accordance with standards and high levels of service are maintained to both internal and external customers.Requirements:Experience within Invoice Finance as an experienced Relationship Manager or Client ManagerStrong knowledge around Invoice FinanceHave great attention to detail, time and account managementStrong credit ability, to be able to understand the principles of lending and legal obligations of the productExperience reading and understanding financial information and projectionsHigh levels of commercial awarenessTeam working and strong stakeholder management skillsFull driving license Why Should You Apply?Established lender with a commercial, can-do outlookGrowing business with opportunities for development and progressionGreat team cultureAbility to drive and affect change and to have your voice heard
