We have a wonderful opportunity for a Fees Management Assistant within our friendly and supportive Commercial Finance Team based in our Darlington Support Centre. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will be supporting the fee uplift and management process across the Group, securing income and annual % uplifts for our Residential and Care in the Home packages.

What you'll be doing:
* Communicate and negotiate annual fee uplift expectations with ICBs, Local Authorities, and private clients
* Discuss with service managers and colleagues to assist with costing
* Communicate with funders and follow up as required
* Maintain accurate and organized records of communication regarding fees
* Record any agreed fees and inform relevant colleagues to ensure accurate billing
* Provide monthly/weekly reports on progress and future fee increase projections
* Help resolve discrepancies between expected fees and actual receipts
* Build relationships with units to ensure receipt of required information
What you'll have:
* Previous experience in a similar healthcare sector role
* Good understanding of Local Authority funding processes
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence
* Ability to work autonomously and flexibly
* Positive attitude and proactive approach
* Strong Excel, analysis, and presentation skills
