No two shifts are quite the same, and that's part of the fun. You'll be: Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence and personality Supporting service across our restaurant, terrace, bar, private events and dining domes Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and helping create a relaxed but memorable guest experience Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to keep service smooth and full of energy Helping set up, clear down and keep our spaces looking sharp Bringing ideas, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the team Making sure guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave Experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars, casual dining or fine dining is great - but personality matters just as much.
