People Advisor - Hybrid
Location: Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home)
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £34,176 - £35,975

This role is all about fit and values. You'll be joining a small, supportive People team where collaboration, curiosity, and care for people truly matter.
The role - what you'll be doing
This is a broad, generalist HR role with a mix of:
* Employee relations support (low-volume casework, high-quality guidance)
* Recruitment and onboarding support
* HR administration and process improvement
* Supporting managers with people-related queries and best practice
* Contributing to projects and continuous improvement across the People function
About you - what they're looking for
This role would suit someone who is passionate about HR and excited to develop their skills within a purpose-driven organisation.
You'll ideally have:
* Experience in ER casework AND recruitment (even if not high volume)
* CIPD Level 3 (Level 5 or above is a bonus)
* A proactive, organised, and curious approach
* Strong people skills and confidence supporting managers and colleagues
* A genuine interest in learning, developing, and building a long-term HR career
Most importantly:
