School Description The school serves around 1,100 students aged 11–18 and is rated Good by Ofsted, with strong exam results and a well-regarded Sixth Form. The leadership team places a high emphasis on staff wellbeing, workload management and tailored ECT support, including regular mentor meetings and reduced teaching load. Maths Department Insight The Maths department is friendly, collaborative and well-resourced, with a mix of experienced practitioners and newer staff. The team uses shared schemes of work, high-quality resources and regular assessment points to track progress and support differentiation.
