Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a Change Consultant / Assistant Manager to join our Consulting practice. You will contribute to various client engagements, support project success, and have exposure to diverse clients. You'll lead on challenging projects and regularly update the Director and Partner teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a sustainable career in a dynamic, growing area.

Join a Dynamic Team Driving Change

Our Consulting practice is part of our wider Consulting and Advisory services, made up of industry leads and subject matter experts. We drive change and innovation across this expanding department. Our consultants have transferable skills and collaborate across teams, leveraging project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and process improvement to deliver impactful results.

As a Change Consultant, you'll work with industry-leading clients across sectors on organizational change, process improvement, and strategic transformation. The role focuses on applying your change management expertise to lead successful initiatives.


Responsibilities

* Collaborate with clients to solve complex issues through research, workshops, analysis, and strategic recommendations, utilizing expertise, industry insights, and technology.
* Support project delivery by devising work plans, managing team performance and finances, and producing high-quality deliverables.
* Work with Irish and international clients to ensure project success aligned with their strategic goals.
* Engage stakeholders and establish yourself as a subject matter expert within organizations and among colleagues.
* Manage end-to-end delivery of Change projects from initiation to completion.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders for seamless project execution and client satisfaction.


Skills and Experience


Education and Certifications

* A third-level degree with a strong academic record.
* Experience in HR Digital Transformation, designing and implementing technology solutions (e.g., WorkDay, SAP, Oracle).
* At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or a corporate environment.


Skills and Competencies

Proven expertise in at least two areas such as:

* Designing Operating Models and Organizational Structures.
* Delivering large-scale change programs.
* Developing Learning and Development programs.
* Managing Change Management processes, including Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement, Cultural Change, and Learning.
* Transition Management for Organizational Structures.

Additional requirements include:

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
* Ability to collaborate and deliver results in multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong multitasking and deadline management skills.
* Proficiency in building networks and client relationships.
* Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate leadership and people management skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
