What you'll be doing
* Oversee and manage clinic operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and service delivery
* Monitor service KPIs and patient experience indicators to ensure quality and timeliness of care
* Coordinate staffing schedules, supervise frontline staff, and support their training and performance management
* Work closely with medical and nursing teams to streamline workflows and improve clinic efficiency
* Support billing, financial counselling, and subsidy-related matters in compliance with policies
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
* Prepare reports on clinic performance and support management in data analysis and planning
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal SOPs
* Handle escalated service issues and facilitate resolution to maintain patient satisfaction
What we're looking for
* Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare Administration/ Business Administration or related studies
* 2 - 4 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Familiarity with clinic systems (e.g., EMR, billing systems)
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
