Key responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:
Drive new business through outreach, networking, and market insight
Manage and grow key client accounts, focusing on retention and upselling
Lead strategic energy and utility discussions with clients
Conduct Meter Operator and kVA reviews for new clients
Oversee Data Collector setup and integration with the energy platform
Work with admin support to ensure smooth onboarding, reporting, and query resolution
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure regular client reporting
