* Set key performance targets and milestones; monitor deliverables across all projects and work programmes to ensure team and individual performance meets expected standards.
* Manage a team responsible for delivering multiple projects.
* Minimise financial and health & safety risks.
* Accurately forecast and assist in setting annual budgets in line with the Business Plan; monitor monthly cash flow and expenditure.
* Develop, procure, and implement projects according to the Asset Management Strategy and agreed work programmes.
* Work in partnership with tenants and stakeholders throughout the planning and delivery cycle, ensuring full tenant input and influence over outcomes.
* Plan and monitor works to maximise and protect the capital value of assets.
* Collaborate with the Assistant Head of Property, senior managers, and staff to deliver excellent services and drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Responsible For
* Lead a team and provide technical advice and support to Project Managers, colleagues, staff, and stakeholders.
* Provide support to the Assistant Head of Property as required.
* Manage specific projects allocated to the Asset Team, ensuring delivery within defined timescales.
* Maintain accurate records and update the organisation’s asset management software (Keystone) in a timely manner.
* Monitor, control, and report on individual projects and budgets.
* Ensure robust contract administration processes for all planned investment programmes from procurement to final account.
* Assist with reconciling and settling final accounts, interim valuations, contractual disputes, extensions of time, variations, and issuing relevant certification.

* Ideally hold an HNC qualification and be working towards CIOB or RICS membership; formal project management qualification is advantageous.
