Executive Assistant - 6 month contract page is loaded## Executive Assistant - 6 month contractlocations: Londontime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 5 Days Agojob requisition id: R8180**Executive Assistant – Investment Teams (6 Month FTC)****Prime Purpose of Role**To provide high-quality administrative and operational support to multiple investment teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination across departments.**Main Responsibilities*** Manage complex diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings, and tracking key investor events.* Act as the first point of contact for brokers and companies, fielding telephone calls and correspondence (postal and electronic).* Liaise with Fund Managers, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Client Services, and Finance teams to support seamless collaboration.* Arrange domestic and international travel, including accommodation and detailed itineraries.* Collate and process expenses on Concur Solutions on behalf of team members.* Maintain timely and accurate reporting of company interactions to Compliance, including gift registry updates.* Prepare research and data packs for company meetings using a variety of data research systems and sources.* Attend meetings, conference calls, and results presentations, taking accurate minutes and documenting actions.* Maintain an organised and up-to-date research filing system covering data, events, meetings, and key contacts.* Record broker interactions and assist with broker voting processes.* Undertake ad hoc research projects to support team initiatives.* Collaborate with colleagues across teams and provide backup support when required.**Key Skills & Attributes*** Previous buy-side experience within an Investment Management organisation.* Highly proactive, organised, flexible, and resilient, with the ability to perform under pressure.* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.* Excellent interpersonal skills with enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism to engage with diverse stakeholders.* Exceptional telephone manner with diplomacy and discretion.* Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).* Clear, concise written and spoken English.* Interest in, or willingness to learn, investment and financial markets.
