TeacherActive are currently recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support an Early Years class in a welcoming Primary School in Moseley. This role offers the perfect blend of nursery-style learning within a structured school environment, on a supply basis.
The Role:
Support children within an Early Years classroom
Assist with phonics, play-based learning, and early development
Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
Work closely with the class teacher to support daily routines

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A relevant qualification such as:
Level 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning
Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification (CACHE/NVQ/EYE)
A valid Paediatric First Aid qualification (essential)
Experience working within Early Years (Nursery or Reception)
A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
Requirements:
A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through TeacherActive)
Ability to provide 2x recent professional references
