We are looking for an experienced Payroll administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team in Cumbernauld.

What you will be doing
You will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payrolls while supporting a smooth and efficient payroll operation.
* Process monthly end‑to‑end UK payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and great attention to detail.
* Support our overseas colleagues by providing data, reconciliations and insight to assist with their local payroll processing.
* Respond to payroll queries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to colleagues across the business.
* Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy and smooth month‑end reporting.
* Contribute to process improvements and payroll projects, helping to make our operations even more efficient.
About you
You are an experienced, enthusiastic and approachable payroll professional who takes pride in delivering accurate and compliant payrolls every time.
* Solid end‑to‑end payroll experience ideally within a large or complex organisation.
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
* Global payroll knowledge and an understanding of payroll processes and compliance (including Republic of Ireland) or a strong willingness to train and develop.
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisation under tight deadlines.
* Great communication skills and a supportive, team‑focused approach.
* Confidence using Excel for reporting, analysis and reconciliations.
* A proactive attitude and genuine interest in improving processes.
A payroll qualification would be a bonus, but your proven experience and positive, can‑do mindset matter most.
