We are looking for a seasonal receptionist who embodies warmth and a welcoming manner. The ideal candidate will be articulate with reservations and administrative duties, possess a ‘can do’ attitude, and focus on enhancing the guest experience. Hours range from 8 to 16 per week, including weekends.
The role involves managing busy venue operations with a high level of customer service, good telephony skills, and a good level of numeracy for balancing payments. Experience with IT, EPOS, and PDQ machines is required due to the high volume of reservations via the internet.
You should be calm, methodical, and well-versed in the overall operations of the hotel. Excellent communication skills are essential to coordinate guest needs effectively. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service, well-presented, and welcoming.
