Sales Administrator - Witham, Essex Start date: End of May | Temporary to Permanent Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:30am-5:00pm Fri: 8:30am-4:30pm (37 hours/week) Key Responsibilities: Process orders and quotations using the internal system Vet and gain sign-off for quotes and orders Keep customers updated on order and quote progress Respond to customer queries professionally and promptly Schedule orders in line with production and factory hours Liaise with internal departments Answer incoming calls and update the CRM system Help with stationery and marketing stock checks Assist with general business needs as requiredWhat We're Looking For: Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office Previous experience in a similar role Well-organised and able to prioritise workload Ready to join a growing manufacturing team?
