Commercial Assistant

We're looking for a Commercial Assistant to support our Commercial Manager and play a key role in coordinating communication across suppliers, customers, and internal teams. This is a varied position for someone organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities.
The Role
In this role, you will:
* Act as a central point of contact for suppliers, customers, and internal teams
* Support new product launches and commercial projects
* Manage documentation, data, and communications accurately and efficiently
* Assist the Commercial Manager with reporting, coordination, and follow-ups
* Collaborate with different teams to keep commercial processes running smoothly
* Help ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects
* Follow up with stakeholders as needed, under the guidance of the Commercial Manager
What You'll Need
* Minimum 2 years' administrative experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Comfortable liaising with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
* Proactive, confident, and able to manage your own workload effectively
* Confident using MS office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
* Experience with CRM systems (advantageous but not required)

Working hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am–3:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 37.5 per week
