Compliance Coordinator

Were looking for a motivated and organised Compliance Coordinator to join our Asset Management Team within Property Services. This role supports the efficient planning and scheduling of landlord compliance-related works, ensuring internal teams and contractors deliver timely, compliant services across NCHA.
Youll diagnose issues, raise work orders, coordinate resources, and maintain service excellence within service level agreement targets. Youll also support managers in delivering statutory and regulatory compliance programmes, maintain accurate records and assist with performance reporting and risk management.
