What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join our ICU team, with a competitive salary up to £55,028 depending on experience.
This role involves working on a rotating schedule including days, nights, and weekends, with the following shift patterns:
* 6-week rota of 19 shifts
* 08:00 – 20:30 and 20:00 – 08:30
The ICU Senior Staff Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients requiring level 2 and 3 care, providing both general and specialized nursing care in line with organizational policies and protocols.

What will your duties include?
* Providing direct nursing care to level 2 and 3 patients according to established policies
* Prioritizing care, recognizing patient deterioration, and escalating as needed
* Serving as a primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care
* Assessing and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team
What we need from you?
* Current nursing registration (First Level) with the NMC, unrestricted
* Willingness to undertake relevant post-registration courses
* Clinical experience in high-acuity adult critical care, including invasive lines, ventilation, hemodialysis, and vasoactive medications
* Experience in critical care specialties such as cardiac, neurosurgery, renal, or GI surgery
* Completion of 60 credits in Adult Critical Care/Intensive Care or equivalent, and Step 1 Critical Care Competencies
