About The Role
Location: Sittingbourne
1. Salary £37,789.50 per annum Plus Shift Allowance
2. Extra £200.00 Supervisor payment per month included in salary
3. Start and finish times: 14:30 - 00:15
4. Working 45 hours per week
5. Must be able to work Bank Holidays
6. Shift allowance is 20%
7. Overtime and Weekend work Available
What will I be doing?
8. Managing and investigating vehicle / personal incidents and any road traffic accidents.
9. Investigating and resolving near miss / hazard reports.
10. Weekly vehicle inspections / gate checks.
11. Responsible for ensuring the downloading of VU and Drivers’ tacho cards and reviewing infringement reports with Drivers.
12. Responsible for training, as well as delivering toolbox talks.
13. Complete yearly driving and pre-employment driving assessments once trained
14. Debrief drivers post shift daily Occasional cover for Driver sickness / absence as required (LGV licence is therefore essential).
What are the requirements?
15. It is essential to have an LGV (CAT C) Licence and Driver CPC Card.
16. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
17. Valid First Aid Certificate (training can be provided for the successful candidate).
18. IOSH qualification (training can be provided for the successful candidate).
