The Opportunity Reporting to the Group Head of IT Operations, the Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and operational maintenance of an efficient ICT infrastructure across the Orbital Group. They must be customer service focused, able to provide a high standard of technical support for ICT infrastructure operations of the schools and act as second point of contact for all Network and infrastructure related issues. The post holder will be responsible for defining and implementing key IT policies, procedures and best practices relating to all aspects of the group's infrastructure systems, leading on improvement and implementation projects to meet the needs of the group and its users.
