Interaction Recruitment are recruting for a Warehouse Dispatch Operative to join their busy client on their late shift. This is a temp role starting on 1st August until 31st January 2026.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday working hours 11:00 – 19:00
Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour
This role involves:
1. use six different courier platforms to arrange UK and international shipments
2. Follow the correct escalation process for different delivery partners
3. Coordinate with the scheduling team
4. Clear order queues in SAP
5. Prepare and send a daily end-of-day report
6. Escalate issues promptly and clearly, both in writing and verbally
7. Create and share shipping manifests for trunk deliveries with internal teams and management
8. Maintaining high levels of housekeeping
To be considered for this role you must have / be:
9. Some export compliance knowledge
10. able to work full-time hours between August 2025 and January 2026
11. fluent English speaking
12. Strong attention to detail
13. Strong experience in Warehouse practices
14. Ability to work as part of a team.
15. Be a quick learner.
16. Able to prioritise workloads.
17. Good numerical skills
18. Excellent timekeeping and a flexible approach to work demands
19. Flexible working approach
20. Counterbalance FLT licence advantage
21. Stock management experience
22. Picks and Putaways experience
23. Working in a pressurized environment to a high degree of accuracy
