This Melbourne-based role will focus on delivering campaigns that engage fans, grow audiences, and drive revenue, particularly within the Australian market. Responsibilities Develop and execute paid digital and social campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms. Create and manage social content calendars, brief design teams, and deliver engaging organic content. Monitor performance, optimise campaigns, and report insights to internal teams and external partners. Manage B2C and B2B social communities, respond to audiences, and generate leads. Deliver Australian-specific marketing strategies, including SEO content, partner campaigns, and communications. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or social media, ideally within sports or entertainment. Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and paid digital channels. Skilled in content planning, performance tracking, and stakeholder communication. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
