As part of our growth plan and our ongoing commitment to developing women's services in Lincolnshire, we are recruiting a Women's Mental Health Navigator. The successful candidate will engage with individuals to understand and address mental health needs for Women that are at risk of entering the criminal justice system. Our Women's Mental Health Navigator will work with women who are at risk of involvement with the criminal justice system, or who are already involved and may also be experiencing poor mental health to identify the optimal Mental Health services and support the woman to engage with those services. You will be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, have a high regard for safety and wellbeing, be solution focused, tenacious and empowering in your approach, and work tirelessly to achieve the best outcomes with clients.
