Our client in the bespoke interior and exterior architectural sector is looing for a Production Manager to join their team in East London. Role Overview: The Workshop Manager plays a vital leadership role in the planning, coordination and oversight of all workshop production. You will ensure that every project is broken down into components and delivered on me and to specification. The role bridges production planning, quality assurance and communication with internal teams and clients, while overseeing the workshop's health, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibility: Planning & Project Coordination * Interpret AutoCAD and traditional drawings to create structured production schedules. * Break down projects into components, sequencing tasks and assigning reframes. * Coordinate with design, commercial and site teams to ensure accurate production and Team Oversight & Resource Management * Collaborate with the Workshop Foreman to assign daily tasks and manage workforce planning. * Monitor team capacity and output, and identify training needs to support staff development.
