Site Services Administrator

Tyne and Wear, NE37 1PA - Full time

What you'll do:

* Provide professional administrative support to the Site Services Team, including interaction with clients and senior managers.
* Manage day-to-day activities such as raising purchase orders, invoicing, and liaising with subcontractors.
* Support financial processes including monthly reporting, cost control, and payroll management.
* Maintain and update internal systems like SAP, IMS, SharePoint portals, and document management systems.
* Organize and attend departmental meetings, prepare minutes, and assist with company training courses.
* Ensure compliance by auditing contractor files, processing quotes, and supporting safety and environmental management systems.

What you'll bring:

* Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within facilities or site services.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Experience with internal systems such as SAP, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
* A proactive approach to compliance and safety procedures.
