Responsibilities: We support SAP ECC retail and S/4HANA transformation activities across retail and supply chain functions. We gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. We work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party partners. We support SIT and UAT testing, defect management, and release activities. We manage backlog activities, sprint planning, and prioritisation. We support process improvements, system enhancements, and change requests. We assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities. We act as the bridge between business users and technical SAP teams.
