About the Role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping students' academic and personal development, delivering engaging lessons that support their progress and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
2. Assessing student progress and providing tailored support.
3. Encouraging students' independence, problem-solving skills, and love for learning.
4. Creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
5. Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to enhance student learning.
6. Ensuring safeguarding and school policies are upheld at all times.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
2. Experience teaching KS2 students.
3. Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment methods.
4. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
5. A passion for education and a commitment to student development.
