Life Sciences Lawyer (5+ PQE) – Oxfordshire

About the Role
This highly regarded firm is looking for a senior solicitor to join its specialist Life Sciences team. The role will involve advising a broad range of commercial clients and academic, medical, and governmental institutions on clinical trial arrangements, IP licensing and protection, partnering transactions, research collaborations, promotional arrangements, regulatory issues, data protection, commercial contracts and due diligence for corporate and commercial transactions.
Responsibilities
* Advise on clinical trial arrangements and regulatory issues within the life sciences sector.
* Handle IP licensing, protection and partnering transactions.
* Manage research collaborations and promotional arrangements.
* Provide data protection, commercial contracts and due diligence advice.
* Collabore with the head of department to deliver high‑quality counsel.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ PQE gained from a leading law firm or in‑house environment.
* Strong background in life sciences, with solid technical expertise.
* Commercially minded approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with team and other departments.
