This is a varied role where you’ll not only drive forward our marketing efforts but also play a key part in supporting the wider business with communications, resources, and initiatives that help us work smarter and stand out in a competitive market.
What you’ll be doing:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Eurobase People in the UK and European IT recruitment markets
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and insights for effective multi-channel engagement
* Plan and run digital, email, content, and social media campaigns
* Work with Recruitment Consultants to create marketing collateral, including case studies, blogs, podcasts, and videos
* Track and report campaign performance using key metrics
* Manage the website and social media, optimising content, SEO, and analytics
* Train and coach the Recruitment Consultants on personal branding platforms like LinkedIn and ODRO
* Grow website engagement and social media following in target markets
* Support Eurobase group internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and team updates
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in a marketing or marketing support role (recruitment or professional services desirable but not essential)
* ODRO experience desirable
* Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design
* Confident in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms
* Experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging content
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Experience with content creation, email marketing, and basic graphic design is a plus
* Enthusiasm for staying up to date with marketing trends and best practice
