Responsibilities
* Own a smooth, efficient, and fully compliant transport operation, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in full.
* Drive performance through KPI management, data analysis, and translating insights into action.
* Lead, coach, and develop the transport team, driving engagement and building a high‑performing culture.
* Build strong relationships across the business and with the trade union to foster a positive working environment.
* Champion safety and compliance, ensuring all transport, driver, and health & safety standards are met.
* Manage shift schedules, including a 4‑on/4‑off roster (days 06:00–18:00 and nights 18:00–06:00).
