As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in the company's Research & Development team, based in the Bristol area. This is a permanent role and starting ASAP. Salary between £25-28K depending on experience Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing new products Developing and maintaining application testing protocols, as well as the maintenance and SOP development of equipment Carrying out daily tasks in the laboratory as required Participating in product development, including formulation and research of new and existing products Interacting with internal and external customers to advance product development Applying your scientific knowledge to problem-solving situations Providing regular updates on project progress and communicating with project leaders Person: Graduate within Chemistry/ material/related Recent experience in an R&D role (industry or placement) with be beneficial Strong communication skills This company offers a competitive salary, a company pension, 26 days of holiday (increasing with service), a Cycle to Work scheme, flexible working, and further training opportunities.
