Role Summary
We’re looking for highly motivated, tech-savvy Executive Personal Assistants who thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role. This isn’t a typical personal assistant role where you manage one or two clients; you’ll support clients and their families in their everyday lives outside work, building relationships and managing a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be working on a wide range of tasks—no day is ever the same. From booking holidays, restaurants and activities, finding gifts and personal shopping, to managing household needs and personal life admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Client Support: Manage non-work-related administrative tasks for multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring prompt, accurate, and efficient task completion.
* Tech-Savvy Task Execution: Embrace new technology to enhance task delivery, proactively learning new tools, systems, and AI-driven features to serve clients better.
* Proactive Problem Solving: Seek solutions independently, approach tasks with curiosity, and utilise BlckBx\'s platform capabilities to address client needs.
* Lifestyle & Professional Task Management: Handle a diverse range of tasks, from personal appointments to lifestyle recommendations, and complete end-to-end planning for clients with a B2B2C approach.
* Commercial Awareness: Understand BlckBx\'s service model and the impact of client satisfaction on the company\'s growth. Consistently deliver client experiences that reinforce our brand.
* Client Engagement: Maintain consistent and friendly communication, ensuring client satisfaction, collecting feedback, and adapting your support based on client needs and preferences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Academic Achievements: Recent graduates or individuals with strong A-levels. Academic background showcasing intelligence, diligence, and commitment.
* Client-Facing Experience: Prior experience as a PA / Family Assistant or experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles with direct public or consumer interaction.
* Growth Mindset: Thrives on learning and self-improvement, with an ambition to grow within an AI tech start-up.
* Tech-Savvy and Adaptable: Quick to learn new technologies, AI tools, and digital platforms. Proactively seeks out new solutions to improve service quality.
* Self-Starter and Fast Learner: Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time efficiently across multiple clients.
* Commercial Insight: An understanding of the professional impact of delivering excellent service, enhancing client retention, and growing BlckBx\'s reputation.
