About the Role As a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with KS3 and KS4 students who may have a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, learning difficulties, or communication challenges. Your role may involve 1:1 support, small-group work, or assisting within the wider classroom to help ensure all pupils can access the curriculum effectively.
