Practicus is supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to help secure vital partnerships to protect butterflies, moths, and the environment we all share.

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will shape and implement the corporate strategy, build impactful relationships with companies, and generate transformational income to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
* Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations with proactive new business development
* Identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of high-value corporate partners
* Create compelling proposals, tailored support cases, and stewardship plans
* Collaborate across the organization to align fundraising with strategic goals
* Line manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer
* Analyze performance and report to senior leadership and boards
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships
* Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies to meet targets
* Strong negotiation skills and experience managing partnership agreements
* Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations
* Practical experience with charity CRM systems
* Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
* Experience stewarding funder relationships effectively
* Ability to communicate complex information clearly
* Experience managing income and expenditure budgets

Salary: £38,336 to £44,247 per annum (pro rata)
Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week
Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset (a few days per year)
