We're an independent street food business serving locally sourced, handmade fried chicken. Born on the market scene in 2017, we're now proudly based in Bury St Edmunds — and we still roll out our 1970s vintage caravan kitchen for festivals and events.
We're looking for a confident, reliable, team-focused person to join our close-knit crew.
Our kitchen is open, high-energy, and fully hands-on. Everyone learns every station, and full training is provided — but you'll need solid hospitality kitchen experience and the confidence to work at the heart of the action. A positive attitude and strong team spirit are essential.
The Role:
* Part-time and full-time positions available
* Weekend availability essential
* Hospitality kitchen experience required
* Full training across all stations
* Based in Bury St Edmunds, with opportunities for event work in our vintage caravan kitchen
