Your new role
We’re looking for a hands on SAP Consultant with strong experience across Finance (FI) and Procurement (MM) modules to support a major SAP transformation programme.
This is a delivery focused role, not advisory — you’ll work closely with the business to translate SAP capabilities into practical oues, helping teams understand “what good looks like” and how to apply it.
Role Overview:
1. Act as the bridge between Business Analysis and Test/QA, ensuring SAP solutions are understood, adopted, and effectively delivered
2. Support the business in understanding SAP capabilities across finance and procurement ( manual vs automated approaches)
3. Work alongside third party delivery partners to ensure solutions are aligned to business needs and controlled internally
4. Contribute to process mapping from current state to future SAP enabled processes
5. Assist in training, upskilling, and knowledge transfer across business teams
6. Support UAT preparation and execution, working closely with Test Manager and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
7. Hands on configuration/functional support within SAP FI and MM modules
8. Facilitate workshops and “art of the possible” sessions with business users
9. Develop and support training materials and end user enablement
10. Collaborate with Business Analysts to define requirements and process flows
11. Work with Test teams to support UAT, defect resolution, and readiness
12. Ensure business processes are clearly mapped and aligned to SAP best practice
What you'll need to succeed
13. Proven SAP functional experience in Finance (FI) and Procurement (MM)
14. Strong background in business process mapping and transformation
15. Experience in UAT support, training, and business adoption
16. Ability to engage non-technical stakeholders and simplify SAP concepts
17. Collaborative mindset, able to work between BA and Test functions
