The Role
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will support the procurement of materials, components, and services for both production and non-production needs.
This hands-on role involves interacting with suppliers, managing inventory levels, tracking orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials.
You will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Administrator Manager and the wider team to maintain efficient procurement processes.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, high accuracy, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a desire to contribute to the company's growth.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Order management and creation of purchase orders
* Ensuring timely delivery and resolving any disputes or delays
* Generating inbound forecasts for the warehouse
* Data management
* Managing stock transfers between locations
* Adhering to relevant policies and legislation
