We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Support Worker to join our dynamic Community Mental Health Team in a part‑time position. In this role, you’ll be responsible for escorting patients from east Cheshire for their Electro‑Convulsive Therapy (ECT) treatment in Chester. The days of work will predominantly be Tuesday's and Friday's. When the escorting service is not required, the successful postholder will work within the community mental health team (CMHT) providing support to the duty function. This involves providing both phone and face‑to‑face contacts with patients who need assistance and practical support in managing their mental wellbeing.
You’ll work collaboratively with a well established team to deliver personalised treatment plans and provide support to patients and carers as they navigate complex mental health challenges.

Clinical Support Workers are responsible for the delivery of care and support for service users within the community mental health setting and reporting on the service users’ wellbeing under the guidance of a registered mental health practitioner.
The successful post holder will predominantly provide escort services for ECT treatment as well as supporting the CMHTs duty function.
You will liaise with all agencies necessary to the health and wellbeing of the service user and their carers.
