Quality lead (education)

We have a great opportunity for a Quality Specialist to drive the sites quality performance and improvements to provision in all subject areas (including functional skills), champion excellence in teaching, learning, assessment and behaviour management strategies relevant to a custodial setting while also promoting our corporate values and procedures in all aspects of teaching and learning. You will also line manage a small team of Learning Support Assistants.

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum

Location: Rugby

The successful candidate will:

Hold a relevant Teaching qualification (QTLS as appropriate) / Assessor/Verifier Award

Have the ability to cultivate an aspirational culture in which teaching staff and

learners can thrive and grow

Have strong motivation to lead the achievement of success

Be able to plan, communicate and problem solve effectively

Have excellent communication skills both written and oral

Have strong influencing skills and ability to lead and support, working
