Job Role:HVAC Sales Engineer
Basic Starting Salary:£48 000 - £55 000 Per Year + Company Car + High Commission Paid (Realistically Earn 20k-30k in Commission - 80k-85k OTE)
Location:Remote | Hybrid (This role is working in the South West Region)
Working Hours:Days | Monday-Friday (37.5 Hrs Per Week / Remote / Work From Home)

This company are in the HVAC & Refrigeration industry and ideally looking for someone with sales experience in these fields.

The HVAC Sales Engineer Role & Responsibilities:
* To secure contracts and grow client relationships within an assigned region, aligning with company sales and growth targets
* Engage with established and prospective clients to understand their needs, propose suitable products, and maintain positive commercial relationships to support sustained business growth
* Conduct site surveys and develop tailored, cost effective solutions that optimise product and service offerings for customers
* Actively follow up on leads and submitted sales proposals to progress to finalised agreed contracts
* Work in collaboration with the Business Development team to generate new business and develop existing business
* Ensure that the CRM system information is completed accurately and timely to enable the sales pipeline to progress effectively
* Maintain product knowledge, sales skills, market knowledge and application knowledge, to be proficient in the role
