Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: Stowmarket (covering the UK)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + bonus
Working Pattern: 3 days travel / 2 days in the office
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our client's team. This is a UK-wide role, based from their Stowmarket office, where you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximise revenue potential.
* Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
* Travel approximately three days per week, with two days in the office for planning, reporting, and team collaboration.
Requirements
* Proven experience in field sales, ideally within a B2B environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a UK-wide territory.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
* Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
