Due to growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Engineering Team as a Stress Engineer onsite where you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and certification compliance of aircraft structures.
What You Will Do
As a Stress Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural analysis and repair solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Evaluating and designing structural repairs in compliance with certification requirements and Airworthiness Authority regulations
2. Creating structural substantiation for repairs and modifications to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant solutions
3. Performing structural analysis using both hand calculations and computer-based methods
4. Working with composite materials and established repair design practices
5. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, including EH&S, Code of Ethics, Intellectual Property, and International Trade Compliance

Qualifications We Prefer
11. Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using MathCAD, FEA, and analysis tools such as Patran and Nastran
12. A degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline
13. Experience in an aerospace, engineering, or similar regulated environment
14. Strong attention to detail and a methodical, quality-focused approach
15. Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
