We are working with an emerging house builder in Lincolnshire that is at an exciting and pivotal stage in its development. They have an urgent requirement for a highly experienced Sales & Marketing Director to join their team on a part-time interim basis. This role offers a rare and rewarding opportunity to help shape the future of a new residential developer by laying the foundations of its Sales & Marketing division from the ground up.
Working closely with the main board, you will play a leading role in establishing the strategy, structure, processes, and procedures that will define how the business engages with its customers and brings its homes to market. This is not a role focused on managing an existing department—it’s a chance to create one. Your insights and leadership will directly influence the customer journey, brand identity, and commercial success of a growing housebuilder at the beginning of its journey.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from a mainstream residential developer background and have a deep understanding of how to build and lead high-performing Sales & Marketing functions. A strong focus on the customer experience is essential, as is the ability to work strategically and collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
