We are seeking Trainee Client Support Administrators to join our teams in Bristol, Birmingham, and Chichester starting Monday, 13th October 2025. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in financial services, supporting clients with employee benefits management.

What can you expect?

* A varied and challenging client support role contributing to MMB's success and your career in financial services.
* Providing account support, including preparing quote requests, processing renewals, and drafting reports.
* Supporting the consulting team with data gathering, organization, and analysis.
* Partnering with stakeholders to deliver excellent service.
* Receiving guidance from approachable leaders focused on your development.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Responding to client and provider queries in line with SLAs.
* Developing technical and market knowledge.
* Attending client meetings as needed.

What you need to have:

* 5 GCSEs at Grades 9–4, including English and Maths.
* Right to work in the UK or Ireland (no visa sponsorship).
* Experience in a client-facing role, e.g., retail or hospitality.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills and rapport-building ability.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Enthusiasm and pride in delivering quality work and service.
* Curiosity and willingness to develop new skills.
