Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday & Tuesday, 8am - 4pm) Salary: £25,185 (pro rata for part time and term time working).

Stamford Bridge Primary School is seeking a dedicated Finance & Admin Assistant to join our friendly team.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will support the schools finance processes and be the welcoming face of our reception - providing a professional and compassionate first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff. You will play a key part in maintaining our positive safeguarding culture and upholding the values and ethos that make our school so special.
We're looking for someone who is:
· Organised and efficient, with a keen eye for detail.
· Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
· Able to communicate warmly and professionally.
· Calm under pressure and committed to safeguarding.
· A team player who can also work independently.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting financial processes and record-keeping.
· Managing petty cash, invoices, and purchase orders.
· Overseeing reception duties across both school sites.
· Liaising with parents, staff and external providers.
· Maintaining pupil data and lunch records.
· Ensuring safeguarding protocols are followed.
