Quality & Governance Assistant – We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Governance Assistant to join our team and support quality and governance activities across our centres. Location: Various UK locations ⌚ Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract Type: Permanent, Hybrid Salary: £25,059.10 – £30,321.51 (dependent on experience and location) About the Role: Reporting to the Quality & Governance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clinical and operational excellence across the region. This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to centres, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and compliance. You’ll contribute to internal inspections aligned with the CQC framework and support the delivery of our national Quality Strategy. Your work will involve monitoring quality indicators, analysing data, reviewing risk registers, and supporting teams with technical advice and capacity building. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinical teams, centre managers, ICBs, and regulatory bodies.
