About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Controls and Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in the automotive sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a background in control systems, embedded software, or automotive systems engineering to work on innovative projects involving advanced vehicle technologies such as electrification, autonomous systems, and performance optimization.
You will contribute to the development, implementation, testing, and calibration of control algorithms and software systems that enhance vehicle performance, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Design, develop, and validate control algorithms for vehicle systems (e.g., powertrain, braking, ADAS, HVAC, energy management).
*
Develop embedded software using C/C++ and/or MATLAB/Simulink for deployment on automotive ECUs.
*
Support system integration, calibration, and testing on HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) rigs and vehicles.
*
Assist in requirements capture, system modelling, and performance analysis.
*
Perform software validation and verification according to automotive standards.
*
Work cross-functionally with hardware, test, and vehicle engineering teams.
*
Contribute to documentation, version control, and continuous improvement processes.
Requirements:
Education:
*
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Control Systems, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills:
*
Knowledge of control theory, embedded systems, and software development.
