Role: Founding Software Engineer
Reporting to: CEO
Location: The team work 1-2 days a week in London. You must be able to get to London at a minimum once a week.
Package: Up to £160,000 (dep. on experience) + significant equity (EMI Share Options)+ benefits

This start-up is on a mission to level up productivity across teams through agents. They have created an early workflow automation platform with very cool features, and the coding agents can produce real code, enabling teams to focus on innovation and strategy instead of manual breakdown. This is a great opportunity for an engineer to join a team where your work goes beyond writing code.
The CEO Founder is well-known in the tech industry, having worked in big tech historically, then operating as a tech exec in a unicorn company. The team includes a Snr Designer and a small team of engineers (we placed one of them!). We're now expanding the team further to take them to their Series A and beyond.
This is an opportunity for an engineer to:
* Own real problems from product to production.
* Work closely with the customers and create feedback loops to shape the direction of the product.
* Input into product direction with the founder and team.
* Build and innovate features that help other engineers ship faster and with more confidence.
This role will suit:
* A product-minded engineer who wants to dig deep into user needs and take ownership.
* An engineer who has desire to work in a 'founding team'. You may be in stealth somewhere else, you may have founder or start-up experience, and/or want to work with a founder who has plenty of technical knowledge and experience.
* Someone happy to learn the stack (full stack). They use Python, React, NextJS, Google Cloud.
* Has the belief that AI can and should be used to accelerate many parts of the software development life cycle.
